Certified organic, we move forward with high standards and humility, making choices that are coherent with our environment in order to preserve the living world and biodiversity, accompany each plot without forcing it, and reveal the distinct identity of our terroirs.
THE SOILS AND THE VINE
Preserving the soils is already a way of caring for the vine. Cover cropping, sowing and work according to lunar cycles support soil structure, biodiversity and the microbial exchanges essential to the roots. In the vineyard rows, herbal teas, decoctions, essential oils, and limited use of copper and sulphur extend that same care: cultivating with high standards, in the respect for life.
